“I have known and served with Luciano since 2011; when he was appointed to the school board of the Hawthorne elementary school district.

I have worked with him directly in creating and maintaining a culture of respect, thoughtfulness and integrity in our city’s public school system.  He is a caring individual who values community and helping people feel present and valued. Oftentimes elected officials have a tendency to make people feel invisible. This is the total opposite of how Luciano has governed. He makes people feel included and respected and their opinions valued.
